This specific branch in San Marco I personally prefer going to mainly because they’re so professional, friendly, helpful, efficient and patient. I’m grateful for the staff who are so down to earth and I always feel relieved when I walk in and see their familiar faces it seems like a very pleasant place to work.
You know it’s funny. I have had a credit card account only through Alaska Airlines and BoA. I have had a problem with changing my address with the card people. You just cant get through on line. Anyway, the folks in this branch in Marco Island Florida could not have been more helpful. Especially since i am only a credit card customer. They were all terrific and solved the problem. Wonderful customer service
Este banco está muy bien ubicado prácticamente en el medio de Marco Island lo cual es de muy fácil acceso. Realmente veo muy buenos trabajadores que se ven muy profesionales en especial Carmen Blanco que es sumamente amable y muy eficiente con sus clientes. Para mí lo que necesita esta sucursal es un manager que los enfoque en el trabajo de equipo y sobre todo que les haga saber bien claro que los clientes son lo más valioso que todo negocio tiene y sin clientes todo deja de funcionar, el local está super limpio y organizado... read more
