I have consistently had a poor experience at this Bank of America branch. Every time I ask to speak with a manager, I’m told they’re unavailable. The branch appears to be understaffed, resulting in long wait times often around an hour. On top of that, most of the employees I’ve interacted with have been rude and unhelpful. Customer service at this location needs significant improvement.

Lazy, slow incompetent staff. Never have enough people hence the long wait.

This location is the ABSOLUTE WORST! There are ALWAYS 4-5 employees inside but yet ONLY ONE teller, the rest just walk around and ignore you, eat in your face while watching the line pile up, or stand behind the glass and laugh and carry on convos amongst themselves while the ONE teller works and has to deal with all the angry customers who just stood in line for at least a hour or more until you get to her.
