45 minutes to simply withdraw funds due to lack of staff and someone training. 4 other windows open and bank manager running in circles. Unacceptable BoA. We'll be moving our business account elsewhere
One teller working every time I come here. I expect to wait 15+ minutes just get change for my business. If it's 4-5 ppl ahead I know at least 30min+ so I don't even wait... I leave.
