I had a deeply upsetting experience at this Bank of America. The manager was not only rude but overtly disrespectful. While the banker tried to assist me in opening an account, there were three employees in the room all crowding me at once. When I questioned this invasive treatment, I was told to leave the building. The manager hovered above me, demanding my ID in a degrading way, while another employee kept asking for more documents. Bank of America is terrible. I opened my account online and was locked out of it the same day. They refused to give me the money that I deposited into my account. I went to this location and provided proof of who I was and was told that my account was still open. However, customer service stated the opposite. This unacceptable. The money I deposited was needed for my kids and they pulled this mess.
