Useless manager lied to my face about my funds being available. Surprise BOA gets to hold them or another 4 days because they couldn't care less about their customers. Worst. Bank. Ever.
I was thinking about switching to BOA. But after the experience I just had doing something so simple as cashing a check from the state of new jersey that's from BOA, I've came to relize from the last time I stopped at this branch a couple years ago that nothing has changed. This just shows me corporate doesn't care how this branch is ran or operated. I definitely won t ever stop st this branch again. The staff is very willing to help with all your needs. Once you get in there you treated with respect and valued as a person who needs to get your money dealt with in the manner it should be. This branch is very welcoming please try and see what I’m talking about. Thanks for all you’re hard work making me feel safe.
