I’ve had the same problem at this bank over and over again. Every visit, there is only one teller helping customers while three other employees stand around talking. The line is always very long, and the one teller is clearly overwhelmed. On top of that, the self-service machines are often out of service or no one seems to know how to use or assist customers with them. This bank continues to fail to understand customer service. Having one teller on a Saturday while the line piles up is not it. It seems like they have zero understanding of their own systems and they are beyond slow. No one is moving with urgency, there are no apologies, and my Saturday evaporates as I wait in a long line with ONE teller on a busy Saturday. Do better BoA or else I’m going elsewhere.
