This was actually my first time going to branch and I wasn’t sure what to expect, because I was doing what I thought to be a complicated transaction on the Thursday before the holiday. Edward is very rude and unhelpful. The words I have for him I cannot even share on here. He is extremely condescending and unwilling to help me — even though Bank of America National and an associate at another branch told him how to help, he refused.
Great service and very helpful staff! Odalisa helped me start up my business account and is bilingual and really showed how much the bank helps local businesses. Thank you!
