A very poorly run branch; I recommend seeking another location. Went in to make a simple withdrawal (without a debit card) after reporting my credit card lost/stolen, and was told by the greeter that I had to wait 30 minutes to see a teller. There were no customers in the building - only the manager and teller, and neither were visibly busy nor attempted to intervene. No explanation for the wait was given. This place treats people differently based on their appearance and race. I wouldn’t do business at a place that caters to certain groups while showing attitude toward others. It’s disappointing and unacceptable. Please address this discriminatory behavior — what kind of message does this send about your business?
Went to this branch at 2:30 pm today to deposit a check- was told I have to wait 15 min to see a teller- I could use their ATM machine- but there was a line of people waiting to use it- avoid this branch if you can
So many things wrong. ATM wasn’t working. Drive-through teller was closed. Couldn’t find a spot in the parking lot. Closes super early. I was so upset — drove 15mins to get here, since it’s the only branch near my house
