Went to this branch at 2:30 pm today to deposit a check- was told I have to wait 15 min to see a teller- I could use their ATM machine- but there was a line of people waiting to use it- avoid this branch if you can
So many things wrong. ATM wasn’t working. Drive-through teller was closed. Couldn’t find a spot in the parking lot. Closes super early. I was so upset — drove 15mins to get here, since it’s the only branch near my house

Utterly incompetent, understaffed. Indifferent. They should have closed this branch. No commitment to customers at all.
