Don’t care about any customer service, don’t know how to do a cashier check, can’t read simples sentences . Try customers like trash. That’s typical practice at BoA, in contrast, the online customer service has always been on point.
The banker lady I met today was courteous however she knew nothing about her job. I highly doubt that she was just sitting there to make the room not that empty but not to serve customers. All I need was to add an account to my existing ones. Simple enoght for a banker right? Not for her. All she could do was repeatedly asking me to come back at another day when a "relationship manager" was available. Excuse me? I am here for banking but not for building up relationships.
