Whatever young bank teller I had this morning was off. She was not able to look up the account I needed, she was not able to communicate appropriately the issue she was having, she was not able to communicate how to fix the issue. She did none of that. What was even worse is that I was in there with two small children trying to manage them with the most unhelpful bank teller.
