I would like to share a positive review for this branch. The entire staff is highly professional and truly focused on delivering exceptional customer service. Recently, I’ve been visiting this particular branch frequently because I consistently receive prompt and attentive service. This is my favorite Bank of America to go to. My favorite banker is Paula. She’s so helpful and gives me really good energy in the morning when it’s most needed. She’s always keeps me updated on what I’m eligible for. She also always answers all my questions in detail. I super appreciate that. Keep up the great work Paula! Shout out BOA!
These people suck. Their ATM is broken 3x a month for extensive periods of time. It’s extremely inconvenient after hours when you have small children and can’t simply drive thru the ATM because it’s BROKEN. Stop being cheap and just replace the machine already!!!
I had an issue with 2 checks I deposited at the ATM. The problem was that I didn't endorse the checks and they were lost in Bank of America Cyber Space. I visited the Morton Grove Location and I believe I Met an Angel or Miracle Worker. Alina Gerea Branch Manager at Dempster and Waukegan Rd Location. She went out of Her Way to Solve My Problem.
