I went in for a simple wire which I have done many times as a Bank of America customer for over 10 years. I waited for over 20 mins in the line and then was told to wait in the lobby which I did for another 15 mins. After waiting patiently, the manager Sally tells me they have appointments and are booked despite me being the only other customer waiting there. I have NEVER experienced being turned away nor this lack of customer service. I will not be going back to this branch.
Since my meeting with Aliana R at the Morton Grove branch, none of the agreed-upon actions seems to have been taken. Now 2 months later, none of my emails or phone calls to Aliana have been returned. I need to re-start from scratch. Would have been better off not going into the Morton Grove branch at all.
If your in town and need to go to the bank, this is the place to go and you want to speak with ALIANA. She was so helpful and professional and knows her job well! Such an amazing experience and even the general manager SALLY came over to see if everything was OK. Great conversation great people here!
The staff is not competent in the order of clients
Very personable experience. Quick and knowledgeable. Relationship banker was very sweet and informative. Nice manager as well.
