Whoever works In the front was not professional, I went in and made an appointment and came back later for appointment, they don't know put me in the appointment schedule. I have to waitt for more 45 minutes
Over the past four months I have had several banking situations which required guidance and expertise. Mariam Loum at the Clarksville branch of Bank of America has been nothing short of amazing! The branch is not closest to my home but I will always travel out of my way to have her assistance. Her knowledge and advice has been spot on no matter the situation. I higly recommend Ms. Loum for all your banking needs.

This branch was EXCELLENT!! i had the most horrible experience at another branch in Columbia in Harper's Farm and decided to come here to open up a CD. Makini was so professional over the phone and remembered that I had called when we came in for our appointment. Our advisor Mariam was knowledgeable and efficient. Even while waiting to be seen, another worker came to make sure we were taken care of. Customer service rocks here!!
