lady rolled her eyes at me when asking a simple question
I visited this branch today to withdraw money, and the very left customer service experience was disappointing. The teller appeared impatient, rolled her eyes, and made me feel like I was wasting her time. When I asked for an envelope, she did not provide a clean one and instead gestured for me to take a leftover envelope on the counter from a previous customer, which had writing marks on it. I hope the branch can improve its customer service and professionalism.
I have been coming to the Clarksville Branch past 20 years as a Platinum Preferred client and now under the Manager Matilda this branch reached a new low . Most long term working tellers quit in the first 6 months of 2026 and the service got slower than ever. There was not a single person in line today and I waited for 15 minutes waiting for a teller . Sadly no one is there to take walk-in clients and the Manager is completely ineffective while she is present in the branch . Never seen this branch under such poor management ... read more
