Visited Wed. 4/29/2026 1:22pm I stopped into Bank of America location on 9120 Highland Rd in White Lake and had a great experience with April today. Her knowledgeable, helpful customer service is professional and friendly. What an asset to have her working there and I look forward to returning for my banking needs. Thanks again!

ATM works 50% of the time inside staff are nice but not helpful
Went there 2 times to make an exchange, from Canadian dollar to American both times giving excuses .. not helpful at all !
Blanca is the lady to see! I told her I love coin collecting and she had no issue ordering coin for me and we even talked for a little. Other branches would make it seem like your inconvenienceing them to order change and whatnot. She is very friendly and will come and see her from now on!!
