Horrible costumer service to cash a check keep you there 1 hour then say oh no we cant verify it when another location got it done in 5 min
I visited Bank of America twice to open a business account, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The representative, Maria, was not helpful and seemed to be in a bad mood both times. I brought all the required documents for my business, but she still refused to assist me without providing a clear explanation. After that, I went to Chase Bank, and the experience was completely different. They were professional, welcoming, and helped me open my account without any issues.
