I just left this branch after speaking to the senior banker (Maria algarate), about an old charge on my bank account . She was very Rude! I felt like i was speaking to a Criminal court judge or something. I wonder if she speaks to everyone like this, or just me because of who i am or how i look. She has No respect for the Patrons of the establishment that pays her annual salary. Just go ahead and wrap this branch up the customers are not happy with the service here.
