I visited Bank of America twice to open a business account, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The representative, Maria, was not helpful and seemed to be in a bad mood both times. I brought all the required documents for my business, but she still refused to assist me without providing a clear explanation. After that, I went to Chase Bank, and the experience was completely different. They were professional, welcoming, and helped me open my account without any issues. Very nice service
Reminded every time I come here how slow their staff is. They reduced hours recently; they should’ve just closed if they can’t provide satisfactory customer service.
store smells horrible ! the representative was horrible and not very personal … every question we asked she made it seem like we were stupid. thanks for jennifer the manager which was great but Maria was definitely NOT pleasant! first time here and never again i’ll stick with my banking location at cross county
