This is ridiculous. Contacless does not work outside it is always used to work. Teller could not do anything, contacless not working even with the teller. Nobody actually tries to help, everybody seem to pretend that they are working. The answered me so RUDE that don't come here anymore. I mean this is ridiculous!!!!!!! Worst customer service. Ignorant re BOA policies and terrible customer service. To order foreign currency, credit card clients must purchase in cash at a physical location. It is a service provided to cardholders. Fully understand this transaction is not standard, usually takes more time, and often requires on the job learning. The manager (name is Sara, Sana, or Sara) repeatedly tried to tell me CC clients cannot purchase currency, she’s worked here for 20 years, claimed they’ve never processed an order for a CC member & had the audacity to say BO... read more
Why do they close at 4pm when most people get off at 530pm. I left work early to get to the bank and still somehow missed them. Never in my life have I heard of a bank closing at 4pm M-F. This is crazy!
My local bank! I’ve never had any issues with this location. Conveniently located with plenty of parking, the staff has always been great! HUGE shoutout to Tony for helping my wife and I out opening a joint account. He was an absolute gem. Ask for Tony if you need anything!
