There was a middle-aged female supervisor with reddish-brown hair and glasses who seemed unfamiliar with the procedures and was deliberately targeting and discriminating against Asian customers. She came over and asked what I needed. I explained that my card had been restricted due to fraud and that I needed to withdraw money from my account. This is ridiculous. Contacless does not work outside it is always used to work. Teller could not do anything, contacless not working even with the teller. Nobody actually tries to help, everybody seem to pretend that they are working. The answered me so RUDE that don't come here anymore. I mean this is ridiculous!!!!!!! Worst customer service. Time to hire people that really need a job and treat the job seriously. Will contact the corporate

This was one of the best services I have ever experienced at a bank. The staff was incredibly understanding and helped me when other banks had refused. The service is outstanding, and the employees are very pleasant. I especially want to recognize Tony Garcia. Thank you so much!
