This is the Paoli Branch of Bank of America. All of the staff are efficient, quick to help with any issues, and friendly. We have business and personal accounts with them and they always go the extra mile. Most especially Mona. She is just incredible. Our every need is met, and quickly.
The lower ratings are very truly for a reason. Am a long term BoA customer. Called up the Paoli branch bank and a lady responded. Told she was hardly audible, but no use. She was very disinterested in my queries.
