I been to this location a few times. The customer service is ok; I mean they're not overly friendly by no means. The female security guard has either frowned or rolled her eyes at me on every occasion.Â
This has to be the worst BANK in AMERICA!!!! I went there to make a simple transaction with a teller. The entire time I was there, there was always at least 5 people waiting in line to see a teller, with only one bank teller and four bankers in the building. I waited there over 30 minutes in line, while 2 of the bankers disappeared to the back and one sat at the desk eating and on her phone. I asked if they would open another teller for the window.
