Horrible customer service Rude and nasty doesn’t even begin to discribe it Bank canceled my debit card for no reason Was in the store and getting declined Went into branch nasty because i didn’t have a appointment Only one person who can help Had to make an appointment and came back and waited 45 mins And again rude and nasty Always a problem with my account No one has answers for me But they take my money Stay far away Do not bank with them
They only have 1 teller working. Always sitting on line. Also very awkwardly quiet, they should atleast play music or something. Not an enjoyable experience when I go. Hope management makes some changes!
This is the best bank branch in NJ. I have banked with this branch more than 15 years. Everybody there tries best to help you. The branch is nice and clean. Keep up good job!
This has to be one of Bank of America's finest branches. Profesional and courteous staff. Very well maintained, ample parking. Had no issues whatsoever during my recent visit. Highly recommend this office for business transactions. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is that Bank of America doesn't really give competitive interest rates to customers with savings accounts.
