I was just there today around noon. Made a few deposits. Upon entering the counter no hi how are you; just a dirty unpleasant look; she is a Hispanic teller with lots of make up on and long Christmas design nails (so you guys can identify her just because they don’t ware nametags)……. As she processing the transactions talking to the other teller about their schedule…..we as clients don’t want to hear that!!!! I was not expecting this type of costumer service from BA….
I just opened a credit card account, an employee named nikka infante and their managers were really interested and helped me open my account a lot, smiling face and customer satisfaction were very good, thank you.
☆☆☆☆ If life is full of signs and you’re reading this — take this as one: STAY AWAY from this branch! Went in because my card got blocked — figured the bank could help 🤝. Instead, they told me they were “too busy” and to just call. ☎️ Like seriously? You’re the bank! They even gave me the wrong number 🤦♂️ — wasted 40 minutes ⏰⌛ trying to fix what they should’ve handled in 5. 🤯 Save yourself the headache 🤕 — this place is a walking warning sign #BankFail #DoBetter #CustomerServiceGoneWrong

Found them to be unhelpful when asking simple questions. They dress the place up nice but lack meaningful customer support, prefer to move you along.
