Today I finally had enough at this branch. The drive through ATM rarely ever accepts cash or even accepts a card. I got there, ATM is down. It was 5:01 so I couldn’t go inside and if I did, the ATM inside ALSO DOES NOT ACCEPT CASH. It ate my cash twice in the past year and when I tried to talk to anyone insde every single person in there could not seem to attempt to be bothered. I was even told by a ‘manager’ after the ATM outside ate my money, “No offense but you probably put the money in wrong” ……???? Insanity. I tried to ... read more
