A great Location, but they closed, rip
I just recently started visiting this branch. I can not say enough good things about this branch and the employees. I have been working with Elizabeth and she has been fantastic. The manager is also extremely helpful and always working to support his staff. If you are a BoA customer I highly recommend this branch.
The service at the Medway branch was impeccable. The manager Tarek was extremely helpful and was a great leader. He set me up with his associate Aliona, who helped me with my name change and all that goes along with that even though I didn’t have an appointment. It was an amazing and easy experience.
Get a drive up window with person like Santana in Holliston. Going forward they will get my business. Smarten up. You are supposed to be a business.
