I have scheduled appointment with the bank & It wasnt updated in the system(That ok.I understand things happen).Michael was at the front desk accepting customers & when I told him I do have appointment he looked up his system & said I have appointment at different time. I tried to explain him "I called in requested to move it early" he started to accuse me of lying & he went back to confirm and came out saying it wasnt updated.He should have done it in the first place before accusing me of lying.I lived in different states,d... read more
I came to this bank because I have urgent questions regarding my account and the Manager Michael was very mean. Simple questions that were resolved very easy gave me a hard time looking that he was mad at me in front of other people. I am very disapointed. Sorry for the other ladies that are working here.
I must say that their mortgage team is A+ but hard to get hold of the main guy ( but once approved, the team in florida worked pretty efficient and got me closed
