Just opened an account with them after dealing with a lot frustration with our old bank. The experience with them was extremely relieving considering what we had dealt with at Chase. I want to especially mention how thankful I am that they were able to help us because no other bank was able to at this time. (It being noon and being the weekend. Won't take coins at all, apparently it is not a US currency for them, preferred customer and with a business account and still refused to take them. Will definitely look for another banking institution, this is ridiculous!Â

Bank of America check and they can cash it a $6000 check because it exceeded their amount, because I didn’t have a checking account with them. There’s a reason. I don’t have a checking account with them. Worst Bank Ever. Â
