The short lady at front denied help straight, will never be going back because of her and the fact that this bank has not helped once they have just been rude the whole time. We had a atm issue where atm didnt processed our money to our account and straight denied help saying " theres nothing we can do " . Never Banking with BOFA. Also the thing that pisses me more is that its OUR MONEY and we have to wait 45 days to get OUR MONEY due to BOFA ATM Machine Problem. if you do need help go to keller because they atleast help.
121925 Hi. I was in your branch today inquiring about reward redemptions under $1. I received the standard, "you will have to call customer service," without an apology for being unable to help me or even a pleasant greeting or smile. Maybe that was because it was close to 4p. I called Customer Service and got unusually high call volume. I don't know why it is so hard for me to get my $0.75 reward that I earned. I enjoyed Ms. Rita so much. She's runs the lobby.
