Great customer services experience here. This guys are above and beyond. Very respectful, helpful, and patient.
Have to say that the customer service was outstanding. We were greeted and checked in to our pre booked appointment smoothly, and the staff were friendly and professional despite clearly facing a swaith of technical challenges (fallout from the Crowdstrike outage included). Clear communication, sense of humour and professional engagement, I have no qualms about returning to this location for future in person needs. Recommended.
This is my third time coming to this location and it’s very frustrating that I get here at exactly 4:40pm and it’s closed if working hours are 9am-5pm why is it closed? People don’t have the luxury to be able to leave work early in order to get to a branch in the morning. Very disappointing.
