Understaffed. Even if you have an appointment, you might end up waiting for a long time until the only banker at the branch finishes an hour long conversation with someone on how it is possible to pay bills online.Â
Great location. Attentive staff. Kudos to Benetta J., who helped me upgrade my account on my lunch hour. Fast, professional, friendly, and thorough.Â
I'm not completely sure if it was this branch, I would thank Ms. Maria Montero (Chicago) who answered my phone call and assisted me sorting out an issue with my car insurance company. Ms. Montero spent one hour over the phone solving the problem, making sure the insurance company fully understood it was their responsibility and not mine. Once again, thanks so much Maria and thanks to Bank of America for the wonderfully qualified staff working over there. Certainly you deserve a 5 stars award. RuthÂ
