Very good bank
Melissa, who I believe is the rotating branch manager between here and 107/Bway, went above and beyond to help me with mortgage paperwork and get home purchase done in time. Despite the underwriter asking for documents that did not exist, Melissa worked flexibly to find alternative documents that could work and certified it so the underwriter would accept. Friendly staff, the well dressed floor manager was very nice. I needed to change a $20 bill, and I was in a bit of a rush, there was only one teller on duty, and he offered to take the time and help me. Thank you very much.
