Front desk was nice, my banker appointment to do a name change on an account was 20 mins late, but what really upset me was there was no restroom for clients. The rent a cop said “there’s no restroom for the public,” like, hello, I’m a customer/client, not the ‘public’ - how you have a waiting area for appointments that run late and offer no restroom to paying clients. 🤦♂️
Katiuska was absolutely AMAZING with helping me today, she truly saved my behind with grace and kindness. I am so grateful! Will definitely be returning to this branch.
This bank is conveniently located with good facilities and furnishings. The associates are very friendly and the manager Katioska is super helpful❤️
