I have been a Bank of America customer for many years, and experiences like the one I had today are exactly why. Reshma Khan provided us with absolutely excellent customer service! She was incredibly helpful, patient, and thorough while assisting us in opening a new bank account for a family friend. She truly went above and beyond, and I cannot thank her enough for her outstanding support and professionalism. Highly recommend this branch and Reshma!

it’s always 1 teller here, and 3 bankers and the bankers don’t want to help with transactions - do better please
