It took a lot of time to get my account opened but the staff was very polite and helpful. There's a lot of parking available near bank.
Went to this Bank of America, needing to do a wire transfer, did not make an appointment. Tellers were free (but couldn't do it, understandable) 2 banker at the tables were busy (understandable) After waiting 30 minutes, one banker at the table is free (later found out he is the bank manager) Apparently the bank manager can't/won't/wouldn't do a wire transfer. Employees are wonderful and professional. Low rating is due to the fact that every time I come in to make a deposit, they only have 1 teller working. I’m usually waiting in line for 15 minutes MIN.

She refused to properly service our business accounts to save face. She did not know what she was doing. Then threatened me when I insisted that she ask for help with my online issues since she did not know how!
Banking with them over 20 + yrs, I went their to open new account under LLC, Very rude, was waiting 10 min than one lady approached me asking to follow her without saying please... never had experience before, so I chose to wait for next rep, waiting and waiting, and manager just walking around without any attention. H. Shah... so I went open an account in different Bank and moved my all money ... I will reach out later to top management in bank of america... Never had bad experience in any other branches ...
