If I could give BOA overall 0 stars I would. Too many fees/total disregard for special situations, and basically going through an Act of Congress to get a refund on my daughters account (I have provided them Power of Attorney info TWICE)!!! Today is 10/26/15 and today they tell me the money is in her account, not the check mailed to me as requested on 8/10/15!!!!! The people working in Crystal River are nice, but I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND BANK OF AMERICA TO ANYONE, I will discourage EVERY PERSON I CAN TO NOT BANK AT BANK OF AME... read more

Worst service. I walked into the bank to complete a transaction. As i was staying in line, the greeter (a woman) looked at me precise up and down. Very humiliating and unprofessional behavior. I am not surprised Bank of America is closing its branches. No one wants to be treated this way. The teller was also not able to fill out a deposit slip for me although i was the only customer in the bank. I go usually to Morristown and the customer service is always excellent and very friendly but this one is just bad.Â

This bank has adapters on the drive up ATM. Beware so your debit card does not get compromised.Â
