Horrible service. Only one desk and works incredibly slow. I waited for over 40 minutes for a 5-minute thing and had to leave before accomplishing anything. Go to another branch

The associates were so very helpful, they took their time to help me with my issue until resolved, even though it was not even an issue of BofA directly. Just to say all the staff was amazing from the lobby woman to the associates.

i wish i could rate below 1 star for real. i went to cash a check ended up a retailer deposit a check for me which is i said at first that i want to cash out. if i want to do deposit check i can do on mobile application. bad experience is continuing happened to this branch even worst with my boy friend they totally forgot to give him his money! i know she might ask me but I SAID IT AT FIRST THAT I WANT TO CASH OUT.
