I came the bank before half hour than the appointment, the staff lets me wait in the lobby, after 3 quarters, I entered the office room, the lady is very nice talking to me, verify 2 ID and bank card, 2 times wrong at the bank card, the lady had much patience. Finally the card was passed, and then started the business. But another side bank in Florida had some problems, lady and me had been waiting, but the problem wasn't solved, we had to make the next appointment. The lady was good at communication. I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service experience at this branch. During my recent visit, there was no one available to assist me initially, and I was asked to wait approximately thirty minutes for the next available representative.
