At any cost, avoid going to Debbie (she is a manager at this location) because she doesn't know much about operations. I had a Cashier's check to deposit but she dispensed total incorrect information and asked me to use an ATM knowing I needed funds urgently. Overall, you don't get the feeling as a valued customer every time you enter this location. I've been with BofA 20 years.

The manager Debra needs retraining. Listening skills are lacking sadly. Really frustrating when you set an appointment to have come back for said appointment and she did not save appointment for you ; worse, she tried to claim I said no to appointment and I did not; actually frustrated thank you when leaving after she took my phone number to set up appointment stating I needed my sons ssn card for which I only stated I did not have card and tried explaining to her that the website explaining the different accounts stated not... read more
