I had the worst experience today at the Boerne branch. I made an appointment, but when I arrived they did everything to blow me off. I needed assistance with a transaction, but they insisted that I complete everything on the app. They stated that the appointment before was running late and wanted to see if they could take care of my issues without seeing an actual person.
