My son and I visited the Bank of America branch in Ramsey yesterday and had a great experience. Jordan Ramos, the Senior Banker, was friendly, professional, and took the time to share helpful guidance with my son. We really appreciated his focus, patience, and genuine care in helping us. Excellent service and highly recommended!
They are the worst not friendly at all. Very bias they need customer service training you treat every customer nice. Extra slow the only way they speed up to help someone on line is if a Caucasian person walks in the door then they hurry up and open up another lane so if you are a black or brown person be prepared to wait in line this has happened to me several times. Go to the Ramsey Main Street branch

I was just waiting patiently until the manager finishes her conversation on the phone. I didn’t say a word just waiting nearby and the bank employee named ‘Jordan’ aggressively approached me and shouted to me ‘she is on the phone’. I just did not understand what caused him so angry and expressed his negative attitude and frustration to the customer who is just standing and waiting.
