I was just waiting patiently until the manager finishes her conversation on the phone. I didn’t say a word just waiting nearby and the bank employee named ‘Jordan’ aggressively approached me and shouted to me ‘she is on the phone’. I just did not understand what caused him so angry and expressed his negative attitude and frustration to the customer who is just standing and waiting.Â
I do not understand why this specific location closes early and is not open on saturdayÂ
