I have been coming here for 30+ years and I have always had great personalized service at this location. The personnel are all knowlegeable and friendly.
NOT Waldwick branch, Bank of America is the worst ever customer service I have ever seen in My life, I tried to buy shirt online using My BOA credit card, They stop the payment and suspended the card for unusual activity, for 2 days trying to reach anybody in customer services or Fraud department but no hope, I have to book a flight to Florida today, I couldn't, I went to the branch I told the teller about my story, She said you need an appointment, I was in the lunch break and had to go back to my work, Im planning to close... read more
Great personalized service.
I have been a customer of Bank of America since they opened. The Waldwick branch has the worst customer service of any branch of any bank I have ever been to. I am ready to take my business to Chase Bank. I have nothing to lose
