We have 2 accounts here. We deposited a large check knowing there would be a hold on it. We are out of town and suddenly locked out of our accounts. I called and someone deemed the check fraudulent. The first woman said she couldnāt tell us why. The 2nd guy told me someone deemed the check āfraudulentā. We called a 3rd time trying to seek resolution as the check is from a lawyer and def not fraud. They are re-running the check but in the meantime we remain locked out of our accounts with zero access to our money. This is tru...Ā read more
This branch should be closed. I will report it to corporate. I needed to withdraw, which I do monthly without my debit card. I has the ID, the phone, the account number, app on my phone... the teller didn't give me my money without a debit card. It's ridiculous! Just wasted my time. Overall, either their drive-thru is closed, long lines inside... management needs to be changed.Ā
