WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I went to deposit some coins from my younger sons savings (less than $25 ) The black lady behind the counter told me that “They don’t accept” loose coins unless they’re perfectly rolled by amount. As a business owner that gets lots of coins this is unacceptable. Their excuse is that there’s not an account, so nobody there knows how count ? How do this people works in a bank ? Totally unacceptable…
