Went into cash a financial aid check and was told i had to take my mask off to verify my identity and i couldnt cash my check. I don't even have to take my mask off to vote. No other worker here has asked me to take my mask off when I'm cashing my checks. I have to wear a mask because I am immunocompromised. Doesn't seem legal at all and sounds like she made it up. Also she talked to me w a crazy attitude right when I just walked up. I hate bank of america.
This was such a weird experience for a Bank of America, honestly.
