Lisa was extremely helpful in resolving a complicated account issue - she had the expertise required that I couldn't find at several other bank locations.
This location is horrible they don’t pick calls at all you keep calling and no one is answering and the bank is far from me so if I have even a simple question I will need to go to the bank before I can get answers because no one is picking up when I call please take the number off if there are no front desk agent to take the calls.
