terrible service !!!!
Terrible bank , Nickle and diming you every step of the way. Convient , yes. But over 4 years charged me 680$ is service charges. Because I keep my money in savings instead of checking, charging $ for checks . If you receive a refund on a purchase made on a BOA card they wait the maximum time to actually refund your money using it in the meantime to gain interest Apparently willing to loose a customer over 13$. .
This bank is the worst bank ever! Sandra!!! She is a retarded bank representative. She wasn’t busy!!! and left me waiting 15 mins for no reason. It was no customers!!! After 10 mins she started to get busy with some customers, and she didn’t give an attention to me until 20 mins. I don’t recommend anyone go to this bank!!!! It was empty No one to help!!! Only Sandra!!! And she is retarded!!!
Not sure what the others are talking about. I just had a lovely experience with Sandra. Very helpful and speedy.
