Worst customer service, no regard for people’s time. I dread coming here every time. The lady with the grey hair is extremely rude, condescending, does not respect you, and makes me DREAD coming to this branch every time. Will stop coming here and try to find another branch in the area.
Older grey haired white woman was rude, condescending, inappropriate, harassing, threatening and is making me question my entire relationship with BA. I put all the details in my online survey review.
