Called about 8 times no answer 🤔🤷🏼♀️ but apparently no other location does either. So. Found someone's debit card and simply trying to return it.
Excellent business banking experience this morning! Claudia greeted me immediately and helped me at the front kiosk so I wouldn't have to wait. She processed my transaction quickly and efficiently. Employees like Claudia provide the rare, personalized service that makes a massive corporate bank feel welcoming.
I miss the other staff here. These new people are just not competent.
