9/15/25 3:58pm and the bank had already closed its doors, the employees inside acting like they weren't seeing me at the doors, i can understand at 4pm but why at 3:58???? (current satellite time). Not nice!Â
Jasmine is the best! I was having the worst time dealing with the online banking service and she went out of her way and well above and beyond to help me resolve the issue. She is awesome! The staff here was truly so helpful.Â

I have been banking with Bank of America for over 18 years. Worst branch I have ever been to. We went to open a new savings account for our business and a separate shared account. It took two hours. Got the shared account opened but they opened the savings account account in my fiancés personal account. I tried to open the business savings up from the web instead but you have to do that at the branch. So we had to take time out of our busy schedules to go up there and close the personal savings account and attempted to open ... read more
