I have been banking with Bank of America for over 18 years. Worst branch I have ever been to. We went to open a new savings account for our business and a separate shared account. It took two hours. Got the shared account opened but they opened the savings account account in my fiancés personal account. I tried to open the business savings up from the web instead but you have to do that at the branch. So we had to take time out of our busy schedules to go up there and close the personal savings account and attempted to open ... read more
Horrible service ever
Terrible service…!!! There was a long line to make a simple deposit… 8 people in line just waiting while only 1 cashier was working typing with 1 finger … We couldn’t believe it 40 minutes to make a deposit… are we in America or where ?
We decided to visit this branch since my Father and I were in the area on other errands. Our intention was to find out about opening a savings account. If it was no big deal, we’d go ahead and do it, otherwise we’d just find out the time involved and schedule an appt if necessary. That’s it. Worst banking experience ever from the Banker Reyna S. and the manager Claudia Cele. I owned multiple business and never experienced discrimination from a place that is suppose to be supportive of small business. Take your business elsewhere!!!!
