ATM is down, and the branch doesn't open until 10am. 10am? Talk about a company that is slowly dieing. I can't do mobile deposit because I've maxed out my mobile limit. I guess I'll keep driving around wasting time and money, hoping to find an operational BOA. What a joke!!!
I patiently waited 55 minutes to reset my PIN #s. I was in line for 18 minutes before even being acknowledged. All 3 individuals including the manager were helping one gentleman. A man brought me in his office and then promptly left me for 5 minutes stating he couldn't help me because he had an appointment and escorted me to another room where finally the manager came in stating the prior gentleman had taken the WRONG CUSTOMER.
