Wish i could give NEGATIVE stars. VERY RUDE and very condescending employees. When I entered the establishment due to an issue with the ATM just to confirm and address said issue the employee (if you’d like to call him that) was very unpleasant and rude. I’m sorry if this individual is upset they have to work at a bank, but that’s not the customers fault. Do not come to this Bank of America. Actually avoid the whole bank establishment and bank with a credit union.
Possibly the rudest BOFA branch I’ve ever experienced in my 35+ years of being a customer.
I think this bank has excellent customer service. I called to ask a question and was answered right away, no holding. The person that answered the phone was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. When I went into the bank everything went smooth and I was in and out. I haven’t been inside a bank for years, because I do everything online but this was something I had to go in for and has very satisfied.
I had a fantastic experience at this location. Bertha was prompt to greet me and was friendly and welcoming. I had a short wait time (about 3 minutes) before I was greeted and assisted by Ramon. He was professional yet friendly, knowledgeable, and efficiently addressed my banking needs. Thank you!
VERY Long wait lines … manager on duty doesn’t seem to care. I don’t bank here, thank God …
