My special needs son went in to get 5 dollars in pennys for a history class just to be interogated by Susan and told they have none ,but they did . I witnessed her giving them to another customer. If they have this Type of temperment just imagine how phony they trully are to customers.Bank of america needs to fire all of them and rehire more friendlier staff , none of them ever have a smile ever.
