Nothing worse when you're already having a bad day than having "a banking issue" that needs to be resolved by heading to the bank in person. We were already having a super stressful day and were unsuccessful with headquarters on the phone. We ran straight to the bank and had the pleasure of working with Greg Evans. Justin Guevara is the best, he’s professional and gets the job done. I will be bringing all my accounts over to Bank of America and I’ll only bank with him going forward.
The absolute worst bank I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with, from opening accounts to closing them, to trying to pay my credit card with another bank. A terrible waste of several hours cumulatively. I went into close my account with a senior bank associate, who was polite and accommodating, however, still did not close out my accounts properly or my bill pay which led to several hours on phone with multiple customer service reps to correct the problem so I may pay my BOA credit card with my new bank.
