I would like to recommend and recognize William Dunker a relationship banker at BOFA on Shrewsbury ave in Shrewsbury. This is the branch that I always use. You will find their employees are the best you can get at any BOFA! William is infinitely patient, extremely knowledgeable and kind. In branch now. Need a teller for a teller transaction. They have no tellers on duty. Have to wait 20 minutes for one to show up.
Always short staffed. Always only one person attending. Lines are long
I had fraud activity on my account I went into the branch read it immediately and buy the manager she had school to me over to Victoria who patiently resolve my issues help me set up a new account help me set up new a user id password for my mobile app ....very patient and empathetic to my situation... Being sensitive and on edge I appreciate their warm professional decorum
Zero stars would be more appropriate This is by far the worst BOA branch I have ever experienced.
