I had fraud activity on my account I went into the branch read it immediately and buy the manager she had school to me over to Victoria who patiently resolve my issues help me set up a new account help me set up new a user id password for my mobile app ....very patient and empathetic to my situation... Being sensitive and on edge I appreciate their warm professional decorumÂ
Zero stars would be more appropriate This is by far the worst BOA branch I have ever experienced.Â
You will get a better customer service at grocery store than at this place, especially with one teller who is so indifferent and lacks basic communication decency. Went there twice in a24 hrs trying to do a wire transfer and got no help whatsoever. I tried to do it on my app but it stopped at a certain step, and I asked that lady to just show me what I was doing wrong, but she repeated the same thing, "you have to enter all the information correctly". It's a shame for such a big name.Â
