This bank never never ever has any where near enough tellers. To pull out some cash take 40 mins. I hope the manager sees this. It made want to short the stock. I am in and out of the local chase in seconds. I’m sorry management must be incompetent. Please get a district manager to properly staff the bank. Everyone in line is just as annoyed as me. There are shorter lines at the dmv

I would like to say thank you to Carla Gomez and Karen. Unfortunately I did not get Karen's last name. I was very impressed by their willingness to help me with an estate issue that was quite frustrating. Carla took the time to help me with paperwork that was done incorrectly by another Branch. She explained everything and had Karen complete the transaction. All was done in a timely fashion. Thank you again for your professionalism and top notch service. John
