Worst branch ever! Been there two hours only to open an account and never get to talk with whoever is on that department. More than two hours! They only had two people attending the costumers. This was such a waste of time! Please if you got the chance DONT COME TO THIS BRANCH! DONT DO IT, PLEASE DONT DIE. You WILL waste your time
I love how the atms are never in service. But if they happen to be working, they can't accept 20 dollar bills. The four corners area is becoming full of new residents; what a great idea to have a bank in town that isn't capable of offering its basic services. Closing our accounts

Lets start like this, BANK OF AMERICA SUCKS. I'm a preferred client of the bank since 1994. I paid off my mortgage on 8/22/25. Bank of America is still holding on to my escrow money. I'm getting the run around since closing. At this location I was told I have to call the bank, or I can wait at least 1 hour and she will call and I will get the same result.Very disrespectful. Lets end like this, BANK OF AMERICA SUCKS
