Eles dão preferência pra quem conhecem… eu só queria desbloquear meu aplicativo…. Tenho uma conta relativamente muito boa sou ótima cliente mas estou repensando. Worst Bank of America that I’ve ever been to. I’ve never had problems with the bank in my previous years, but since I moved to this area and this is the ONLY Bank of America that’s close by, it’s a nightmare every time I have to come here, The ATMs NEVER WORK, either they don’t accept deposit, or they don’t give out cash. This is something that happens EVERY WEEK, y’all need to fix it or replace it because this is absurd
Everyone was so nice and Nya solved all my issues and quickly. She was great
HORRIBLE! No customer service and lack of employees. My husband and I came to open and account and were told to wait. We waited and waited and no one came to assist. Do yourself a favor, go to Regions!
