The branch manager Ryyan works extremely hard keeping the bank operating in a good manner. After some miscommunications I was personally helped with my account issues. I appreciate good relationships with bankers. These employees have stayed professional and helped despite my issues.
Was going to charge me a $15 fee for a certified check. Was not offered any other options by this bank till already deciding to close account. After being frustrated and in the process of closing out the account the associate asked if I would like to see if the fee could be waved. Then asked me who opened account. Blood on the ATM…tried to tell some, but he just looked at me in disgust.
