On Friday, September 5, 2025, my company deposited cash on the card to purchase materials for the site. Your bank put them on hold. The remittance indicated that the money would be available on September 6. Today is September 6, 2025 and there is no money. They do not answer the phone, hang up. We are in shock... Where is the money so that we can complete the work under the contract??? Who will be held responsible for this now???Â
The branch manager Ryyan works extremely hard keeping the bank operating in a good manner. After some miscommunications I was personally helped with my account issues. I appreciate good relationships with bankers. These employees have stayed professional and helped despite my issues.Â
Was going to charge me a $15 fee for a certified check. Was not offered any other options by this bank till already deciding to close account. After being frustrated and in the process of closing out the account the associate asked if I would like to see if the fee could be waved. Then asked me who opened account.
