Hands down the nicest and most efficient branches in metro nyc.
I went into this brand on the day that I was closing on a house. I needed to wire the closing costs. There were at least 6 staff in the bank and 3 customers. I was still made to wait for 10 minutes after "checking in" despite the fact that the three people sitting in the cubes were not actively helping a customer. Redeeming feature - the person I spoke to was actually very professional and friendly. However - the wire was not done properly. Very unprofessional branch. Doesn’t care about customers or their time. This branch is the worst, been coming over for years and fronts past 4 years it became worst. Every time I come here have to send oven40 mts for a simple transaction
