Great drive thru experience !
Very disappointing experience. The woman at the front desk at the Bank of America branch in Harrison, NJ showed no interest in helping me. Instead of offering assistance, she kept insisting that my employer should pay me by direct deposit, as if I had control over how the company pays me. I am not a business owner — I am an employee who receives a paycheck. Pésimo servicio estere una hora de mi cita quise sacar una cuanta de negocio pero mejor me fui a otro banco
1 star is far too kind. The SLOWEST branch I have ever visited in my life. I pray that AI employees come into fruition so that I no longer have to experience such poor customer service. I should have to sit at a bank for longer than an hour for a request that takes 2 minutes. I actually rather go to the DMV than experience this.
