Definitely 0 stars if it were an option. This establishment is unprofessional and has my husband considering closing his account because of the horrible experience. John the manager is super unprofessional and wouldn’t deposit our check that we received from our mortgage company for mitigation. I went this morning 02/03/24 to do a cash advance transfer, I was skeptical because the reviews but it was so close to my job I went anyway. My experience was great I was greeting upon walking in and serviced in seconds. Nobody had an attitude everyone was all smiles and I was in and out.Â
