My elderly mother, who does not speak English fluently, visited this Bank of America branch yesterday, May 19, 2026, requesting help replacing her compromised debit card after suspicious activity/security concerns. Instead of receiving clear assistance, she was given conflicting information and treated with very little patience or empathy. She has both checking and savings accounts with Bank of America and simply needed a new debit card with a new number for security reasons.
