⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience with Wendy at Bank of America. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. She took the time to listen, understand my situation. ⭐☆☆☆☆ This is by far the worst Bank of America branch in Morris County. I live in Dover, but I avoid this location at all costs. Almost every time I come here, the employees seem like they don’t want to do their jobs. Simple transactions that take just a few minutes at other branches somehow become a hassle here, and there’s always some kind of unnecessary problem or excuse.
