On Saturday September 13, 2025 I was dreading having to go to Bank of America in Dover. For the first time to my surprised I had a WONDERFUL teller name Nicole. Not only was she sweet and pleasant she got the job done in excellent time and correctly done. 10 stars for Nicole may I encounter her again.

Wish i could give it zero stars. The ATM ate my debit card. I wait in line for 20 mins to speak to a banker. They tell me theres nothing they can do because the atms are third party. (while having an attitude). DO NOT GO THERE
