I’ve had many frustrating and poor service experiences at this branch (including with the manager). But Adryanna is a great employee and provides excellent and efficient service. I would have left BofA if it wasn’t for this great employee- give her a raise.

This is the WORST bank branch I have ever been to in my life. If I could give a ZERO rating, I would. A woman ahead of me was waiting 20 minutes to get rolls of quarters and close out a bank account. They have one teller on staff and a bunch of other guys in suits standing around looking like they are doing nothing. I went in to make a deposit and they would not accept cash. What kind of bank does not accept cash deposits? I have never heard of that in my entire life. I will be closing out my account. They would only accept ... read more
