It's a bank
Long lines, slow tellers that take 10+ mins to process a transaction. My frustration today comes from trying to make a deposit of cash & check. After waiting in line I was denied depositing money after providing the account number because I didn’t have an ID. I was a teller for a number of years and have never heard of this policy the whole mission of a bank is to bring in new money. I understand if I was trying to withdraw from my account but I guess I’ll just have to use the mobile app and bring the cash elsewhere. This is... read more
Teller was great, but they only had one person working. Several guys walking around with ties on having casual conversations while 4-5 people stand in line while a person makes half a dozen transactions at once. Won’t go in there again to make a transaction.
