Read the Google reviews. This branch should be shut down. The absolute most incompetent staff in any financial institution I’ve ever encountered. EVERY day, no matter WHAT time of day, they have only ONE teller. ONE. There can be a line out the door and they use one teller. And usually the person doesn’t even know what they are doing. Cameron and his staff are the best at Custumer service
From my perspective, everyone should feel welcome in a bank. Unfortunately, that is not the case here. The staff is cold and entirely unhelpful. When I mentioned that I wasn’t carrying a specific document, they simply told me to leave, call 800, and—believe it or not—stopped looking at me! The bank should pay closer attention to this branch, as customers are withdrawing their assets due to the poor service provided by employees like these.
