Cameron and his staff are the best at Custumer service
From my perspective, everyone should feel welcome in a bank. Unfortunately, that is not the case here. The staff is cold and entirely unhelpful. When I mentioned that I wasn’t carrying a specific document, they simply told me to leave, call 800, and—believe it or not—stopped looking at me! The bank should pay closer attention to this branch, as customers are withdrawing their assets due to the poor service provided by employees like these.
If I could give less then a star I would. You have a worker that's suppose to move efficiently and he just moves slower than a turtle. I walked in and requested for someone else because I knew that I would be there longer than needed. He should at least move faster or yall should have someone that can help with the people that are coming in for there business accounts. I do not have time to come in and wait for 25 minutes with someone, when everyone else that helps me can get me out within 10 minutes. This is so unacceptable... read more
