Then I came to this Los Angeles branch, and Christina was able to help me right away. She was patient, professional, and made the whole process smooth and easy. Bofa should really send out emails regarding updates at financial institutions, now they do not allow the tap feature at the window but they still allow at the arms. Very inconvenient. Carlos at this branch was very dismissive and not helpful at all, might as well change banking all together
